Originally I believe this festival was scheduled to start on February 21, 2019 and I based my travel plans on that date.
However, it appears that the official dates of the festival are listed as February 20 - March 3, 2019.
The events I attended begin with February 21, 2019. Hence that is listed as Day 1 above.
